Coordination Meeting on Dawei SEZ Comprehensive Development was held on 31st October in the Ministry of Electricity & Energy meeting hall in Naypyitaw and was headed by Dr.Tun Naing, Chairman of Dawei Special Economics Management Committee, attended DSEZ MC members and Board of Directors and representatives from FERD of Myanmar, NEDA of Thailand and JBIC, JICA and JETRO of Japan and officials.  It was expressed by Chairman Dr.Tun Naing that he is much pleased to meet all of Board of Directors from SPV. 

H.E. U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy and his entourage attended Singapore International Energy Agency Forum related with 11th Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) held between Singapore and International Energy Agency held in the morning on 31st October, 2018 at Sand Expo and Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.  

          H.E. U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy and his entourage attended the opening ceremony of Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) and the signing ceremony of memorandum of understanding for co-operation between Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) held on 30th October, 2018 at Sand Expo and Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands.

  H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing for MOEE and his delegation attended opening ceremony for celebrating 36th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Energy and other related meetings in Singapore on 29th October, 2018 in the morning. In this opening ceremony, H.E. Mr. Chan Chun Sing, Minister for Trade and Industry in Singapore delivered an opening address.

        Myanmar Delegation Led by Union Minister H.E.U Win Khaing for MOEE left for Singapore to attend the 36th ASEAN Energy Ministerial Meeting and Related Meetings such as the 15th ASEAN + 3 Ministerial Meeting, the 12th East Asia Summit Ministerial Meeting and the 11th Singapore International Energy Conference on 28-10-2018, 07:15 am. Those Meetings would be held from 29-10-2018 to 31-10-2018 in Singapore. Responsible Persons from MOEE were seen off at Yangon International Airport.
