For enhancing of cooperation between two countries in Electricity and Energy sector, Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister U Win Khaing for Ministry of construction and Ministry of Electricity and Energy visiting in India left from New Dali on 19-12-2017 in the morning and arrived Panipat petrochemical complex in Haryana State , India which is owned by Indian Oil corporation Limited.

မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး၊ မိတ္ထီလာခရိုင်အတွင်း စက်မှုဇုန်နှင့် ပြည်သူများ လျှပ်စစ် ဓာတ်အား ကောင်းမွန်စွာသုံးစွဲနိုင်ရေး၊ ဗို့အားကျဆင်းမှုမရှိစေရေးနှင့် ဓာတ်အားပျောက်ဆုံးမှု လျော့ချနိုင်ရေးအတွက် လျှပ်စစ်နှင့်စွမ်းအင်ဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးဒေါက်တာထွန်းနိုင်၊ မန္တလေးလျှပ်စစ်ဓာတ်အားပေးရေးကော်ပိုရေးရှင်း၊ အမှုဆောင်အရာရှိချုပ် ဦးသိန်းလှိုင် နှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများလိုက်ပါလျက် (၁၇.၁၀.၂၀၁၇) ရက်နေ့တွင် မိတ္ထီလာခရိုင်အတွင်းရှိ ၃၃ကေဗွီ ခွဲရုံများသို့ ရောက်ရှိစစ်ဆေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
